Studio point of view
The long-term venue concept still shapes the visual language.
The name comes from a bigger future project: a warehouse venue called The Tech House. That project is still a concept, but the aesthetic around it already informs the studio work now.
Clean lines, industrial texture, nightlife atmosphere, and a little bit of infrastructure obsession are part of the design language. The client work is real today. The venue comes later.

Starter sites begin at $900 and stay inside brochure-site territory. This work is focused on design, structure, and launch support, not complex web apps or self-hosted infrastructure promises.

Tech House Studios is based in Columbus, Ohio and currently works with local businesses first.
Payment terms
Starter projects use a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% on final approval before launch.
Ongoing care plans, if selected, are billed monthly in advance.
Refunds and cancellations
Before meaningful work begins, deposits can be refunded minus a setup fee. Once active project work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
If a project stalls for 30 days, it may be paused and may need to be re-scoped before restarting.
